I'm the Jones of GoodThinkingJones
and I help people to run their best marathons.

I'm a UKA Licensed Coach in Running Fitness and an experienced Run Lead and marathon runner. I've done this alongside a busy job (running a charity) and far too many commitments...
I'm here for the runners who want to:
enjoy the 12+ weeks of training, having the confidence to make changes when 'life' happens
avoid spending a fortune on stuff you don't need
motivate, not alienate, your friends and family
raise money for good causes without it being stressful or cringeworthy (see above!)

As a runner and triathlete, Iβve used many methods to try and improve my mental game during running,
