Hello, I'm Sarah

I'm the Jones of GoodThinkingJones

and I help people to run their best marathons.

(I also help people to run charities, so if you're here for that, please visit the Charity page).

I'm a UKA Licensed Coach in Running Fitness and an experienced Run Lead and marathon runner. I've done this alongside a busy job (running a charity) and far too many commitments...

I'm here for the runners who want to:

  • enjoy the 12+ weeks of training, having the confidence to make changes when 'life' happens

  • avoid spending a fortune on stuff you don't need

  • motivate, not alienate, your friends and family

  • raise money for good causes without it being stressful or cringeworthy (see above!)

  • cross the line with the biggest smile possible, knowing that you've absolutely smashed it!

My 12 week course takes you through every aspect of marathon running from signing up to what you do after you cross the finish line.

My small group programmes include access to my complete course but with this option, you'll also have me guiding you through it week by week.

I think it's helped where perhaps other runners might assume the knowledge is already there, or it's common sense...but you've really plugged a gap for me where lack of experience could have caused problems.
